Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
- Despite regular pest control, Florida’s climate may lead to occasional insect sightings, especially during the rainy season. Insect encounters do not qualify for refunds.
- Our policy does not permit refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled stay.
- Special black makeup towels are provided to remove makeup. Should makeup stains be found on any of the linens, towels, or robes provided, a replacement fee will be charged to cover costs.
- While we do not require a security deposit, guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. In the event of damage to the property or its contents, including but not limited to broken items or permanent stains on linens, towels, or robes, guests will be billed for the full cost of replacement or repair.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Guests will be provided a key to their room. Keys must be returned upon checking out. Failure to return a room key at the time of checkout will result in a charge of $25 to the guest’s account.
